Time To #WorkLikeAWoman Over recent years, there’s been a lot of talk in political and business circles about female quotas. Earlier this year, Germany became the latest nation to pass legislation requiring a percentage (in this case, 30%) of non-executive board members at large companies to be female from 2016. Following in the footsteps of Norway (who led the way in 2003), France, Spain and the Netherlands, Europe has put gender equality high on the policy-making agenda.
