How to Be a Fearless Digital Marketer -- Aleesha Smalls-Worthington I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Aleesha Smalls-Worthington on my podcast “All the Social Ladies.” Aleesha is currently Vice President of Digital, Marketing & E-Commerce at Iconix Brand Group, but she’s had a long history of trailblazing long before that. She was the right-hand digital woman to Jay Z and helped market artists like Rihanna, Willow Smith, and Rita Ora (no big deal). Now, she’s building many different brands under the Iconix umbrella, responsible for growing a digital team, overseeing all 35 of the company’s brands, and developing a global corporate digital strategy.
