Are You A Woman With The Sticky Foot Syndrome? what?s really preventing women from taking their rightful seat at the table? Here?s what I think. Yes, there is a boys club, and yes, they (it) run most corporations. Yes, there is a glass ceiling created by many ingrained and unconscious biases against women. No CEO is thinking, ?Gee, let?s do whatever we can to keep the women here down in the ranks.? It?s subtle. It?s unconscious. And we as women need to do more to help ourselves.
