Can Female Customers Ever Be Truly Served By This Old Boys Network? The media world I once inhabited – in particular newspapers – has an in-built bias that it struggles to compensate for every day. It is both very white and very male. Things may have changed in the three years since I ceased being an executive on the nationals but I doubt it.
