Here's How To Get A Powerful Year-End Review It's time for those (often-dreaded!) year-end reviews! A year-end discussion on performance with the boss can be a nerve-wracking process. Ideally there is enough clarity on goals and there have been enough conversations along the way, that there are no surprises. But that is not always the case! Some of my worst year-end reviews have been situations where the boss didn’t have time to have it, or it was so uncomfortable it felt like a root canal both of us wanted to be over as soon as possible!
