Breastfeeding In The Boardroom, Or, Somebody Feed That Baby! When I became a mom for the first time I didn't know anybody who was working and nursing. I had to bring a pump to work and pump milk a couple of times a day. I had twins in my first pregnancy, so I was full of milk. If I didn't pump milk in the morning and the afternoon, I'd be very uncomfortable and the milk would start to spill out and destroy my silk blouses.
