No Easy Task: Getting Aging Parents To Accept Help Getting a stubborn aging parent to accept help at home can be a struggle. We seized an opportunity for getting 92 year old Alice to do a 'trial run" with a worker while she is vacationing in a condo away from her home. In need of transportation and company, she gave in and tried it out. It's working fine. The personal emergency response watch she has is giving us peace of mind too, except for the false alarm when the company that sent it was "just testing it out". We know the alarm works!
